Biotec Italia is an Italian company of reference in the international panorama of aesthetic medicine and technological dermatology. Founded in 1993, with headquarters in Dueville (VI), the company designs and distributes medical-aesthetic equipment in over 60 countries worldwide, with a recognized positioning for innovation, reliability and scientific value.
Its mission is to develop advanced devices for skin care, tissue regeneration and body reshaping, always placing clinical efficacy, safety and patient well-being at the center.
To support international growth and strengthen the relationship with customers and professional partners, Biotec Italia has entrusted us with the design and development of the new official website, with the aim of improving digital communication, access to technical resources and after-sales assistance.
The project required meticulous care in the reorganization of the contents, the creation of an advanced reserved area and the development of tools dedicated to customer care, in full coherence with the operational excellence of the brand.
What we did
- Website creation: design and development of a multilingual institutional portal, focused on usability, modernity and accessibility.
- Adaptation of the materials provided: integration of texts, images and technical documents of the company, optimizing their usability and visual coherence.
- Advanced reserved area: creation of a protected section for registered customers, where it is possible to download technical and communication materials in an organized, rapid and intuitive way.
- Customer support section: development of a system to request technical support, allowing customers who have purchased machinery to open tickets and obtain direct follow-ups.
- Continuous support: constant assistance to the client to keep the site compliant with current regulations and updated with respect to technical and commercial innovations.x
